How do I become a volunteer?
Submit an application as long as you are an RN, LPN, or NP in Arizona actively working or retired you can join.
How much are dues?
Initial dues are $55, renewal dues are $45
What kind of time commitment do you require?
We ask that you commit to 2 meetings and 2 events each year.
How to I get the uniform?
You as the volunteer must provide your own white scrubs. The membership includes an honor guard nurse cap. The cape can be purchased from the honor guard.
Where do I send my application?
You can mail your application to our P.O. Box or email it to the chapter in your area.
